Essentials
To stand out and recover from this economic depression, we have aligned our efforts and strategies towards healthy guidelines, protocols and SOPs set forth by Tanzania Government, HAT, WHO and CDC on combatting COVID-19 transmission and share before hand to public to enhance customer decisions and experience while staying with us.
-Masks and Sanitisation
Identify all touch points and sanitise frequently
Masks for all attendants, bar, restaurant, kitchen, laundry and linen store
Disinfect guests and luggage before check in (here we may use chlorine solution as disinfectant – spray/disinfect garments/body and shoes)
-Body temperature
Scan all walk in guests and visitors at the gate and check in guests at the foyer after disinfection/spray
-Social distancing and demarcation
Reception (1m from the receptionist
Restaurants (1m person to person and 2m table to table)
Room service and Housekeeping (1m from the guest)
For group check in 1m distance person to person
Laundry
-Explore into possibility of providing the rapid test kits for COVID-19 to indicate our dedication to our guests and community at large.
-Opening all public doors before our guests to minimise touch points
-Room and touch points sanitised/disinfected after guests checkout – RCs, kettle, switches, door handles, keys and key holders, utensils
